Shreyash Aluminum & Alloys Pvt Ltd was established in the year 2008 as a Group company of Cabcon India Ltd with the objective of improving the overall supply chain management. A state of the art properzi Mill was set up with an installed capacity of 24000 TPA to manufacture All types and sizes of Aluminium and Alloy Wire Rod (7.60mm to 13mm diameter) at Sankrail Industrial Park, Dhulagarh, Howrah. Our good export track record helped us achieve the status of one-star export house which was conferred by DGFT under Ministry of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi in the year 2016. We have been approved as one of the reputed vendor for supply of Flip coil wire rod in CG grade to major Steel Plants of India like Tata steel Ltd, Tata steel BSL Ltd, Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. Apart from that, approval from Power Grid Corporation of India is in itself an accreditation of quality that we have strived to maintained since inception. Going forward, we plan to enhance our production capacity to 30000 TPA and increase our product range to include Special Alloy wire Rod in different Specifications for Transmission and Distribution Lines like the HTLS conductor, AL 59 Conductor etc.

Aluminium Wire Rod( EC Grade)

EC grade Aluminium Wire Rod is available in sizes 7.60mm, 9.50mm or 12.00mm diameter having Electrical conductivity of minimum 61% IACS, tensile Strength of 8.50 to 13.60 Kg/Sq mm and elongation of 10 to 14%. It is used for manufacturing All Aluminium Conductors ,Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced, LT and HT cables and Transformer Wires & Strips.

Aluminium Alloy Wire Rod

Aluminium Alloy (Al -Si -Mg) wire rod is available in 6101 & 6201 Grade and Mechanical Alloy wire rod in 6061 & 6063 grade. It is available in sizes 7.60 mm, 9.50 mm or 12.00 mm diameter with online solution treated in T4 and T6 temper . High conductivity Alloy conductor Al -59 & Al -57 are also manufactured from 6000 series Alloy wire rod. AAAC Conductors are extensively used for Power Transmission in seacoast area because of its non-corrosive quality.

Aluminium Flipped Wire Rod

Flip Wire Rods are commercial Grade Aluminium wire rods available in sizes 9.50 mm, 12mm or 13mm diameter. It has 99.20% Aluminium purity, . The Flip Coils are normally manufactured with ID 600 mm and OD 1300 mm. It is usually packed in Steel Cage and mounted on mild steel pallet with six nos Steel strapping in order to avoid collapsing of outer layer. The Copper tubes are crimped on both ends of the flip Coil to facilitate joining of coils with uninterrupted feeding in Wire Feeding Machine at steel plants. It is used in steel plants asa deoxidizer & grain refiner in steel making LD furnace.

Al-59 Alloy Wire Rod

Al-59 Alloy Wire Rod is manufactured from Al-Mg-Si Alloy confirming to specification of SS 4240813 & SS 4240814 (Swedish Standard). In AL-59, 59 stands for its conductivity (IACS). Apart from that, it has a high corrosion resistance quality and a high current carrying capacity (838 amp. Vs 1307 apm.), which makes it a better alternative to ACSR/AAAC conductors in coastal areas and other regions.
